<< Notice >> Air shipment of sensitive goods through general goods channels

To: Dear valued customer

If you want to ship the package by air shipment but don't know which type of shipping channel (general or sensitive), please contact our customer service to confirm first, then only choose the right shipping channel to submit the shipment.

Once the sensitive goods are used as normal goods channel to clear customs is detected, the worst possible consequences are as follows:

1. If the airline detects that sensitive goods are cleared through the normal channel through the X-RAY scanner, the airline has the right to switch back to the sensitive channel shipment, but a transfer fee of RM10 will be incurred.

2.If the customs detect it, it will be returned, or even the worst possibility is confiscated. The shipping fee will not be refunded for returned packages, and a new shipping fee must be paid again for that shipment. As for the confiscated parcels, our company will not compensate, and the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Finally, we hope that customers please choose the air shipping channels carefully to avoid unpleasant things happen.
